Do we have to attend the whole day?

General

We offer a full day which is 8am – 6pm. Children can come for the required time needed. Alternatively, we offer half morning or half afternoon which is either 8am – 1pm or 1pm – 6pm.

What does a typical day look like?

General

We have a staggered start time starting from 8am. Parents can use the first hour of the day for their child / children to have breakfast at camp whilst waiting on other children to arrive. Register is taken at 9am and first session starts at 9.15am.

Each session last about 40 – 45 minutes. The children have an hour for lunch and then 30 minutes free play. We then come together again around 2pm to have a recap of the day and for the children to share what they have most enjoyed/liked least. The first afternoon sessions starts at 2.30pm.

How are children grouped?

General

We tend to group children by ages because it allows for them to get stuck into activities better this way. We do however have team games throughout the day where we mix across all ages.

Do you provide lunch?

General

Children are asked to bring their own packed lunch following the not NUTS rule. We provide water / juice throughout the day along with snacks such a fruit and biscuit.

Do I have to book for the whole week?

Booking

You are welcome to book for as many or as little days as you need however the offer only works on children who are attending a whole week at full days.

Are all staff qualified?

About Us

All our staff have the necessary training needed to provide the care at camp for your child.

What happens if my child does not like it?

General

We hope this would not be the case and that your son/daughter enjoys their day with us. Unfortunately, due to running cost we would not be able to offer a refund. What we suggest if your child is new to the camp is to do a trial day – if they like it you can add on the days needed after that and if you need the full week you will still be entitled to the offer.
